FWIW, When I first viewed the ad on YouTube yesterday, the view count was only around 300. But as one of the people in the comments section had pointed out at that time, there were over 600 comments on the ad already. YouTube has been known to have problems with the counters. Not sure if they do it intentionally, or if there are actual glitches in the counters. But it had definitely been viewed by more than the count showed as of last night, when it only showed around 300 views.

Google analytics only processes every few hours. Youtube counters use the same system and do not update realtime.
Additionally there is an algorithm that filters out multiple views from a single PC to avoid artificially inflated numbers and advertising/PPC scamming.
