Isn't Rush's show from 12 PM to 3 pm?
BUT ... if it only last 3.5 minutes, then it will interrupt the news and not Rush's show.
HOWEVER, Obama is pulling the switch, and the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT IN CHIEF is ALWAYS late.
