Then vote for Rick Perry because that is what he wants -- a conservative ascendancy. He's been telling Mexican presidents to build their middle class. If that happened -- and it has an excellent chance with President Perry pushing it forward -- it would be a win-win for us as we'd have a secure border, a strong neighbor to our south and many people living here in the U.S. (legal and illegal) would return to Mexico to help build their economy.
