What’s crazy?
It says your option is to pay taxes under the current tax code, OR to pay them under the Perry flat tax plan. Pick the one that you pay least under.
It doesn’t say paying taxes, period, is optional.

Crazy like a fox, maybe. I’m guessing that most will do better with Perry’s 20 percent flat tax plan. Also, I suspect there will be a sunset on the current tax code.
