What about that whole quote says he’s NOT open borders??? Had the whole quote set the record straight and confirmed he was NOT OPEN BORDERS, then I could see having a hissy fit that the whole thing wasn’t quoted.
So would you agree that Perry is open borders if the conditions were “right”?
