Was the Texas tuition bill imposed by executive order?

No..It was passed by the legislature overwhelmingly.

Thank you. I rest my case

and the Texas State law was passed 10 years ago
If Texans didn’t want it, they’ve had 10 years to challenge it

So all the dire predictions about a flood of immigrants rushing to Texas - to get in-state tuition - has been proven not true.

Total costs to Texas AND institutions providing in-state college tuition funding - about $40 million 2004-2008

Total costs of welfare over the same period to illegal immigrants in puiblic schools- not attending college? unk

Total immigrant students college-educated at state tuition rates 2004-2008 @ 12,000, 1% of all Texas college students

Total new college-educated employed taxpayers who have returned the investment by taxes paid - unk

Why am I saying all this?
The PERRY CAMPAIGN needed to get ahead of this.
