Sure he deserved to die but according to the Geneva Convention (the same one they forced Bush to follow) Qaddafi was captured alive and was to be given a trial and then executed if that's what was decided.
Hypocrisy doesn't go unchallenged just because the outcome was ok.
I don't believe in sniffing around for hypocrisy to see which way we should go. Gaddafi put himself OUTSIDE the Geneva Convention. He invited Death.
Death found him.
