The labor force is substantially underutilized relative to what we experienced in most of the post-World War II period...

From 2003 to 2007, before the latest recession, O’Keefe says the number of people working part-time for economic reasons as a percent of the labor force averaged about 3 percent, or approximately four million people. Over the past 12 months, the average has been about 6 percent.

And a lot employers are working the hired help like rented mules realizing there is ZERO job mobility.

Another solid reason Baraq will be either a MSNBC commentator or President of Kenya after Jan 2013.

Biden said it was 26 billion, and it would take only $26,000 to employ them all with good middle crass jobs.

Here’s one way to get many back to work again. Herman Cain says Drill here! Drill now! And here is why:

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, the buck stops here. Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."

When you have an administration that is not pro business, sides with Marxists and hard lefties, vilifies the very basis of American strength.....

Has anyone ever been head of state of two separate countries other than one that changed names?

The wife and I just completed a 2600 mile bike ride through small town America on the motorcycles. Cool trip, but one thing we noticed...small town America/Rural America is dying.

Town after town had multiple manufacturing facilities vacant and scuttled. Pretty sad.

Well maybe, I think also because so many well paying manufacturing positions have moved overseas and we are primarily a service sector/financial sector economy.

I consider myself underemployed. I am self employed and my business has been getting killed under Obamanomics.

I did fine all the way till 2007 or so, and things have been a disaster since.

For my business - I barely make bills, and try to live off the little left over.

I’m eating more Taco Bell than ever as grocery prices are crazy. Everything in my business has gone up, insurance, taxes, maintenance, costs, etc.

This is why I literally want to punch in the face and kick mercilessly any person on this site threatening to stay home in 2012, regardless of who is the nominee.

Neither me, my clients, my customers, my business and clients can endure 4 more years of this. That is why to me, I consider anyone staying home in 2012 to show how “pure”they are no different than obama and the communist left he represents.

Sending 13 million illegal aliens and legal immigrants on work visas home solves half this problem.

Not voting to show purity is downright ignorant. Even a vote for the lessor of the two evils if it comes to that ( it did the last election) is better than giving o one more vote by default.

We are in the exact same position. Plus, of course, no meaningful interest available on savings. Our timeline is similar to yours and we will vote for anyone who is not zer0 or a donk.

I’m not kidding - I see these ^%&^#$ on this site threatening to stay home in 2012 if they dont get their pony and 100% “pure” candidate and give ZERO another term and want to scream. not only that, i want to literally puinch them in the face 10x over and then stomp on their face for tossing a hissyfit. Other years, fine, but with everything we know about this communist destroyer, there is simply too much at stake.

I look at those people no different than I do Obama at this point because they are seeking the same end as he does, and both are damaging to me.

We simply can’t endure 4 more years of this hell, no matter who is the nominee.

Obama is COLLAPSING the nation day by day and you have these ^** “purists” threating to stay home? Are you F’ng kidding me?

Great question. In any event I'd love for Baraq to be the first.
