Note to Mr. Smith: Unless your group is registered as a non-profit, IIRC they have no obligation to show anyone anything. If your group is not, for example, a 501(c)3, then they didn’t register that way for a reason. Why didn’t you check before gettng involved?

But then, if they are not a 501c3 then they have to pay tax on that money, and those who donated can't deduct their donation.

Note: they refer decisions to a “General Assembly” just like the French Revolution. And some of them have called for bankers’ heads to be decapitated. Aren’t they nice? It is a real love in!
