A little over 6 months ago I attended a Homeland Security training session at the USNA. It was attended by fed, state, and local leos, and a section of TSA employees.
The presentation spent approximately 15 minutes of the first 4 hour session mentioning any thing related to foreign terrorist threats, including islam, ms-13, arabs, etc. The vast bulk of the session was pointing out white males, Christians, militias, and people who exhibited anti-government feelings as the emerging threat.
The second 4 hour session dealt with IED, homemade explosives, bio, and other threats that may be encountered in the field. This is what the whole training day was supposed to be, but they had to get four full hours of tell us how not to look for illegal immigrants, muslims, gangs but instead look at those church going, gun owning, disgruntled citizen.
Good grief! Something is rotten in DC.
It would be interesting to find someone that attended those same sessions before Obama took over to find out what kind of training sessions they attended. I’d also love to find out who designed the training sessions and videos that you watched.
