"It's not the government's role, or anybody else's role to make that decision. Secondly, if you look at the statistical incidents, you're not talking about that big of a number. So, what I'm saying is, it ultimately gets down to a choice that that family or that mother has to make."

... TO “BRING UP” A BABY. Not abort a baby.

There is NO WAY that you don’t know that that quote is taken out of context.

**********************

INTERVIEWER: So, AC, do you believe that a man should have the right to beat his wife?

AC: I’m 100% against it.

INTERVIEWER: So you think that every man should be forced to stay in a bad marriage?

AC: I didn’t say that, you’re mixing the issues.

INTERVIEWER: But you would be for forcing a man to remain in a bad marriage...

AC: It’s not the government’s role, or anybody else’s role to make that decision.

*****************

Later somebody prints: advance_copy thinks that it’s not the role of government to stop men from beating their wives. Here’s his quote: “It’s not the government’s role, or anybody else’s role to make that decision.”

ADVANCE_COPY IS FOR THE ABUSE OF WOMEN.

The question was specifically about cases where the mother is pregnant due to rape.

Just prior to that, Cain said that he is opposed to abortion in ALL cases, including rape.
