“Are you saying that the men in power have done all these erroneous things simply because they imagine that, in some way, it might get them consequence-free sex? And yet, that is *still* women’s responsibility?”
Insofar as women provide “consequence-free” sex in return for supporting feminism, it is. However, let me ask you this:
How many women were in congress or on the bench when the 19th Amendment was ratified in 1920?
How can you deny the influence of mothers over sons and wives over husbands after that?
Women have exerted vast influence all through history.
They teach their children, arm-twist their husbands, and blackmail suitors.
Now that they have achieved political power, they also bullyrag, bludgeon, and intimidate men into agreeing with them—or into pretending to agree and refraining from opposing them.
