All who are caught should be removed. Someone should ask Napolitano if she is willing to take the responsibility for those caught and released. When one of them (and we all know it's a short matter of time) kills someone while driving drunk, will Napolitano compensate the family? Will she be willing to go to jail for adding in the death of American citizens?
