I’ve been impressed with Cain’s 999 plan. I’ll review Perry’s plan as thoroughly.
What I take out of Perry presenting this plan, as a political matter, is that it demonstrates quite clearly that everyone who is running and who is involved with the campaigns has data showing that the time is NOW for major tax reform.
That’s a very good thing. And if we don’t get it this time, we likely won’t have a chance again. It will be game over.
