How about if Cain or Rubio is on the ticket with Romney?
It would help me to have a definitive answer on how FReepers stand on this issue.
I won’t vote for or support the abortionist, gay rights pushing, gun grabbing, global warming nutcase, mandate loving, big government, freedom robbing, socialist healthcare pushing Willard the RAT Romney under any circumstances whatsoever!!
His VP pick would not save him. McCain at least was pro-life and a military man.
Been there, done that, wouldn’t be prudent to do it again.

It does not get more definitive than this:

I don’t think you’re going to get a “definitive” answer, cuz FReepers all have their own opinions.
In my opinion, Romney on the ticket in the top slot would be a disaster no matter what. It might be a little less disastrous with a conservative VP but I doubt it would be enough to get him elected. Didn’t work for McCain, and it’s even less likely to work for Romney.
I'm no fan of Romney, and aside from Wrong Paul, he'd be my last choice going forward.. but keeping the overall in perspective, Job One is stopping Obama.
So... all the many reservations about Romney notwithstanding, my question to all is a very basic one: Given a choice between Romney and Obama, who would you prefer to make the next SCOTUS selection, knowing the next death/retirement likely will come from the conservative wing? And really now... let's not say there is "no difference."
I wouldn't support a ticket with Romney on top if it included a resurrected Ronald Reagan. I might support a ticket with a true conservative on top and Romney as VP. I'm not sure but I would sure wonder why a true conservative would put Mitt on the ticket.
I will NEVER vote for Romney for Pres.
I could be persuaded if he were the VP candidate, because he would be too old to run again after his VP term was up. I don’t see what assets he could bring to the table as VP, though.
Please tell me what Rubio has ever done to qualify him for national office.
No way. Not Romney ever. Not Sarah Palin, not Herman Cain, not Rubio or anyone else on his ticket could make me vote for Romney. No matter who he puts on the ticket with him — I’ll just say no to Romney.
NO!! We are not falling for the Dole-Kemp, McCain-Palin game where they dangle a fake carrot in front of conservatives. If Romney or another RINO is on the ticket, the answer should be NO WAY.
Rubio is ineligible.

As long as Romney is on the ticket, it’s a no-go.
Period. NO Romney in ANY capacity on ANY ticket combination you can imagine.
FUMR!
