We’ve had it happen here. Hopefully, the landlord will get someone out there this evening. It’s not unusual for someone to have an emergency situation, so they’re accustomed to it.
We called somebody that we know. He’s good and always overwhelmed with work. And the landlord won’t pay for an emergency call. It will have to be tomorrow or Saturday.
