This is one thing Paul is right about, NATO needs to be defunded and closed down, put the American troops on the southern boarder.

The language of that resolution has been so tortured that it is much like what the meaning of "is" is. Not that we are worried about it, but one day the Russians and Chinese will pay us back for taking that resolution and turning it into an authorization for NATO/US to become the Al Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood air force.
