To: New Jersey Realist
I don’t approve of it but what right do I have to stop someone else from doing it? Certainly not the right of government to interfere. Where is the fallacy in this position?

The fallacy is that someone's life is being terminated. Their right to Life is being taken from them without due process according to our Constitution. They have no say in being murdered. Do you think the State should have the right to outlaw murder? It was outlawed for a long time rightly so. Now it isn't which is in direct contrast to the Natural Law therefore it makes it an unjust law.

Secondly, I don't think Cain's position is what you think it is when he says quite clearly that life begins at conception.

Perhaps if you had bothered to actually listen to the interview live you would have heard him qualify his opposition to abortion by saying “the decision on whether to have an abortion comes down to a choice by a woman and her family.”
