Would you advocate for doing this to death row inmates? If you’re for it, might as well go all in, no?I would do it the way the Japanese do it.....carry out the execution, bury the body in the prison yard, and then quietly announce the execution a month after the fact.
I'll bet it does wonders to adjust the attitudes of the other inmates. That, I'd go for. Weekend at Bernies, not so much.
