Art Laffer helped WRITE 9-9-9. Why wouldn’t he endorse it.
Of MORE interest is that ONE of the authors of 9-9-9, Steven Moore, now says Cain should drop the sales tax from the plan.
It is funny though seeing so many people citing the author of a plan as some independent proof that the plan is a good one.
