It would seem that if the police cannot protect and there aren’t enough funds to hire more, than the average person has to be more responsible for their safety.

It has been found under U.S. law that the Police are under ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility for public safety.

Each American citizen is responsible for their own safety.

Remember - when seconds count - the cops are minutes away.

In Oakland they recently said to NOT EVEN CALL THE POLICE to report a burglary or identity theft.

Chew on that one for a few seconds..........
