A come-on is the refusing to take money so that the mark will beg for the con to take his money. Eventually the con will take the money with many conditions to eliminate pressure for him to produce results and to make the money difficult to trace. Funny, Paul Newman did that in The Sting when he pretended to refuse to take Robert Shaw's money in the end.

No, he claims it is all his money .... But in some posts references to investors ... He also references selling distribution rights, he appears to be doing anything he can to suck up money.
