Sure you can. All those Mexicans who want to come here for a job can build the fence. They make $10.00 per day where they live. We could pay them $40.00 per day and they would build that fence all day every day.
Would that be cruel? Some think so. Would I work on that fence for 4x my current salary? You bet I would!
