Yeah, I noticed that Cain has backed away from a fence along the whole border, now a fence or sensors and boots on the ground.

Which is, frankly, a better solution -- on the El Paso-Brownsville section of the border (which is a river).

Yes - I noticed that too. Cain is no longer insisting on a physical fence the whole distance which is closer to Perry’s position although Perry wants more people on the ground. Cain’s position makes more sense because people are expensive. A fence has to be cheaper than paying people all along the path or drones. Bachmann staying put on the fence. Good for her.
