Bachmann gave the right answer on the 14th amendment

Only people “subject to our jurisdiction” are entitled to birthright citizenship, this can be and should be fixed legislatively to solve the anchor baby problem

And any time an administration wants to save money, or maybe curry favor with Mexico, a virtual fence can disappear instantly.

A real fence guarantees that the next pro-illegal President we get stuck with will have a harder time indulging them.
