Well, I wish Romney would stop worrying about me. Under Cain’s plan, my top marginal income tax rate will fall from 28% to 9%, and I won’t have to fork out almost 7% of my income in payroll taxes. I will *gladly* pay a national sales tax of 9% in exchange for that. No brainer....
