Bachmann doesn’t understand the proposed 9 corporate tax because she misdescribed it as applying at the time a product is sold from one business to another.
It is not taxed at the time a product moves from one business to another.
It is a tax on business results, not on products as in the case of a VAT.

If businesses in the future are like all other businesses, the tax will be passed on to the next guy in a higher price.
