yes and with the loss of the double corporate taxation prices on goods and services will go down!

On the other hand, those service providers will not have to pay taxes in other areas that would significantly offset those paricular taxes. And lets face it, the more wealthy use most of those services, and their income tax rate will be reduced by more than the 9% on those services.

The best part of Cain’s proposal is that businesses and individuals will be making far more decisions based on business rather than tax reasons. When people make money decisions based on the tax code rather than real economic reasons, the market becomes drastically distorted and much more unproductive.

Cain’s proposal will also induce people with money they could invest to go ahead and do so.

9-9-9 is not perfect, but it is a significant improvement on the current tax system.
