I'd swear he was drugged up during prior performances. Either that, or he's only firing on 7 cylinders.

It's typical Perry - his primary debates last year during the Texas Governor's race were painful to watch. People are trying to blame his performances on back surgery, etc., but he's been like this in his debates as Governor going back a couple of elections.

I wasn’t aware he debated. I read that he refused to debate Bill White and that he’s always shied away from debating when possible. I can see why.
