President Felipe Calderon on Monday accused U.S. authorities of deporting Mexican criminals to save on judicial costs, a policy that ostensibly "exacerbates" violence.
Within the framework of the inauguration of National Immigration Week 2011 in this capital, Calderon said that, for example, U.S. authorities "are deporting up to 80,000 people in a year" into the border cities of Reynosa and Ciudad Juarez.
Some of these deported people "are migrants, certainly, probably all of them," although some were "already involved in criminal acts" in the United States.
"In the face of the dilemma of pursuing the legal process in the American courts, which implies costs for the administration of justice in that country, they simply prefer to deport them to border cities, by which the cycle of violence is exacerbated even more," he said.
The Mexican leader went on to say that it is "truly inhumane and scandalous" that U.S. authorities are apprehending and deporting alone and "without any protection" children as young as 6.

Well, maybe its time (actually way past time) to tell them Feds to pound sand and arm up our border patrols with weapons that are way more superior and unfair to the criminal elements pushing the people and drugs across the border...
I’m not talking about shooting people coming across, but the ones shooting right now at our forces from across the border to protect their drug shipments...That, to me, is a target rich environment,and if Phillipe has a problem with that, he can KMA...
If perry has claimed to have this type of aggressive handling of the issue in his “plan”, I have not seen it, and it certainly isn’t enough so far...
Some people here know I have a step-brother who is a DPS flight officer who has been shot at several times while interdicting and assisting other “agencies” in the border war on drug trafficking...And those big holes in his aircraft are not small fries, he has been lucky so far...
I want him and his fellow officers to be able to address that issue on the spot and with equipment and ROE to make it unprofitable and uncomfortable to continue to conduct business as usual across the border...
Apparently the political courage to do so is lacking in ALL aspects on this, and I won’t be holding my breath to see anything substancial implemented to get this problem under control...
Frankly I think its too late...And the solution is beyond most folks tolerance level...Most people here do not care if this problem gets resolved...Yet...And when they do it will really be too late...
Unlike the lies of Perry and his stupid invisible fence, which would have an invisible effect as well. A real fence would also would not take 15 years to build. We need a strong fortified wall that can take punishment, that extends into the ground a certain amount of feet making it harder to dig a tunnel beneath, and built as a defensive military fortification where snipers could take positions and large guns and watchtowers.
It think it would need to be a militarized wall because we would be attacked by drug cartels more than likely when we take away their activity in the U.S. which is probably a lot money.
While the drug lords in Mexico are happy killing each other, and try not to do anything that gets us to seal the border and\or using direct force against them. But if we start making this fence fast and effectively across the entire border the drug gangs are going to fight us before giving up on such a big customer in my opinion. I don't trust the government there anymore that the drug cartels either.
They have crossed onto our soil in the past purposely to test our reaction which was to do nothing like they probably expected. They should have been filled with holes even it meant killing them in Mexico. This issue of illegal immigration has to be stopped, and most people are at a boiling point on this. At some point we need to have a counter attack to push these invaders out of our lands back into their countries, and then take their oil for payment.
Mexico is a much bigger threat to the U.S. than Libya, and the Mexican government deserves some of those bombs. They commit acts of war, like handing out pamphlets on how to get over here illegally and then what to do once they are here. They call us Soviet communist and Nazi's when we only want to enforce our laws.
They pretended to be worried of their citizens over here from people like me who they said were “barbaric, radical, extremist”, but look at the statistics on the amount of U.S. citizens who have been killed by illegal immigrants, compared to illegal immigrants killed by people like us? Every time they talk like that we should hit them with missile strikes and fight them. Let's go tell them we are taking their oil as payment for what the illegals here are doing, and let them know the consequences if they try to stop us or commit sabotage, and then start leveling their capital if they ignore us. Mexico has committed acts of war against us, and we have the right to anything we want to them now. But of course we won't because they control us to the point our government has never even defended us against them verbally .

Mexico is a greater enemy than Iran or Iraq. Mexico is invading us in large numbers, establishing violent gangs, and committing horrible crimes.
