This type of operation does not happen from the bottom up. It only happens from the top down. Also, it only makes sense when you factor in the idealogical “The end justifies the means” motto of the socialist democrats. I say Issa should prosecute to the fullest extent of the law and then send them down to mexican down for a long mexican vacation.

The Obama, Holder, Hillary, Napolitano, et al should be demanding the heads of those who knew and approved this operation.
That they’re not is presumptive proof of complicity.
