i don't know why ANY bank (that has access to the discount window) would make a loan to anyone - loans involve some risk
obama will lend to them at 0% to buy federal debt - can't lose on a deal like that

Has anyone in media mentioned the Obama jobs bill does not take effect until 2013?
Obama bus riding around bitching about Republicans not passing it, saying what all his bill would do, it does not even begin, IF passed, until 2013.
