Wow you guys really know how to humble a fella. Boy after the day we had today. Had a guy come in nearly stabbed to death by his own family members. Now that is some kind of family dynamic. Our translators said this kind of thing is common over here. I think it was over a goat or something at least that what the interpreter said. I feel like I am back in the 5th century. In all seriousness folk I really appreciate what you all do. I really don't think I am a hero my father who fought in Korea now that man was a true American hero and I just trying to do my job keep these people alive. I could go on about some of the moral ambiguities here but you are good people and don't need to hear that. Hope I can get some sleep tonight, God bless all of you that sent me love, hope and prayers that was really moving. You all made me get misty eyed can't let my Soldiers see that especially since a new group just got here a few days ago. Have to train them up.
