"Looks like “flavor of the month” Romney is no longer a flavor, if he ever was.... "

Romney never was, but he admired the flavor of the month............

So that's it!

I knew it had to be an agenda type thing.

By the way, I have talked to 2 Perry supporters (neighbors in for coffee right now) and they don't believe you either.

If you knew Cain better, you wouldn't have come up with this ridiculous conclusion.

You might want to check your tinfoil supply...never know when you might need it.

I like Perry, but you do him no service by spreading false allegations.

My choice of a Vice President is Newt Gingrich.

I could go with that.....I would not necessarily be happy with him as President mainly because of his addiction to marriages....lol. Seriously, he has a few problems and as long as President Cain stays healthy and alive (prayers) than Newt would go along with the President’s agenda which will be Cain.

I’m right there with you I’m PRAYING Romney DOESN’T get the nod. Perry’s done, unless he has the debate performance of his life tomorrow night. I’m on the Cain train, but sadly I will vote for Romney if he is the nominee, AND I HATE ROMNEY. But he’s just a little bit better than Obama. I hope I’m pulling the lever for Cain next November, Palin disappointed me by not running, I’m behind Cain.

They always resort to calling people “liar.” I’ve gotten the same smear. Wear it as a badge of honor, my friend.

I enjoyed calling her on it and seeing her weak excuse as she was unable to provide even ONE instance in which I lied.

Some (but not all) of the Perry people are pathetic. And that one is one of the worst.

I’m not confident yet that the pubbie big wigs won’t pull a fast one.

Newt is our de facto fallback candidate. He’s the only one other than Cain who has positive momentum, and keeping him around as long as possible ensures that he has plenty of opportunities to dissect Romney’s spin.

Santorum should be the first one out. It pains me to say that because I would vote for him over Cain in a heartbeat if he had any traction.

There is at least one normal Perry supporter here. But then I've really poked them with a stick about their incompetent candidate, so I guess I have to take it. I just think that "liar" must be the last resort in any tough debate.

Remembering this poll isn’t scientific, but it’s a fun read, anyway. Hopefully in time, OTHER polls will have the same reading.

Yes, but when someone calls you a liar they should expect a request or demand to provide proof or at least commit to an issue they can point to that supports their assertion that you lied. Some PerryBots aren't that smart as they throw out the allegation only to find themselves in the position of not being able to respond as was the case w/ the PerryBot who attacked me.

I value my integrity and do not lie. Some, apparently, play by a different set of rules and so so at their own peril.

You’ll hear some critisicm that this is an electronic poll (apparently they’re trying to modernize polling by doing something different).

It occurs to me that electronic polling might better represent the opinion of the majority. For one, it is not based on a sample which is scientifically, but yet arbitrarily, pre-selected. The pollsters have to make certain assumptions about the people they poll for answers before deciding who to call. They can weight their sample one way or the other, and phrase the questions so as to elicit answers that may come out in agreement with themselves.

Electronic polling is more like real voting: It only includes people who take the effort to respond, just as elections are decided, usually, by actual voters, those that take the time and effort to participate. Admittedly, electronic voting is flawed because people who can't or won't actually vote are able to be counted for the purposes of opinion sampling. Someday there may be some way to electronically check the voter registration status of respondents.

Jest maybe.

We can interpret events any number of ways. One of my interpretations is that Cain slips back and can't proceed due to monies. The leverage he builds along the way will strongarm Bachmann and especially Perry to the sidelines. Romney will be poised to win the nomination while Cain splits the more conservative vote. They like each other and Romney chooses Cain for his VP.

Of course you could say the same thing about Perry. He needs to get out so Cain can steam ahead. Only problem with that is money. Big big BIG money is needed for Cain to do anything. It isn't there and isn't likely to be there.

But if Perry won the nomination, the media would have had a field day with his debate performances against President Obama.

Very true. Cain would be a completely different story. Obama has been used to opponents giving him deference in political races. With Cain manning the guns at the other podium -- and using them -- Obama will find he's in a whole new dynamic... one that doesn't portend well for him.

No matter WHO debates Obama, they will be dismissed as the loser out of hand. Doesn’t matter if it’s Perry or Romney or Cain.
