Without a coup, it would not be easy.
They could drive through Kuwait, but we have major infrastructure there. They probably don’t have the forces to do an amphibious landing. If they are threatening nukes, they better had started testing a few, to show capability.
Or they could drive AROUND Kuwait, through the Shiite sections of Iraq.
