Crazy poll result from Florida, from the same pollsters. The top line isn't too insane: Romney edging Cain, 32.6-30.2. Then you look at the breakdown. In the Florida poll, among 18-29 years olds, no other candidate but Romney gets a single vote. Also, Romney mops the floor among Independent voters.
The good news is this: Among Florida Republicans, Cain leads by 5, 33-28.7 Without that wierd skew among 18-29 years olds (computer glitch?) what would the margin be?

I haven’t seen Cain debate yet, I hope he comes out on top.

Cain does well for the most part on the debate stage. It's the actual campaigning that he just doesn't do. He reported having only $1million on hand for a national campaign. That won't cut it, and it sure won't cut it against Obama.

His team better have him prepped to defend his claim less than a year ago that a national sales tax is the worst thing the federal government could implement.

"Romney was the flavor of the year. And his year is now up."

LOL!

Looks like the flavor of choice will be "Sugar" Cain!

Conservatives need to get behind Herman Cain immediately. I just read on another thread that Jim DeMint is thinking about endorsing Mitt Romney. If the GOP Establshment forces another RINO down our throat, there will be hell to pay. There is already talke of running a Conservative 3rd Party candidate.

Cain needs to mobilize the Black vote in Iowa, i.e. Black churches. Hey, make History; two Black men vying for the Presidency. That way, the Blacks who are disappointed in Obama, can vote for Cain and not feel guilty for not voting for a Brotha. GO FOR IT HERMAN!!!

Herman Cain needs to fire his staff and hire a team that can raise money and put Cain on the ground shaking hands. Having $1 million cash on hand less than 3 months before the primaries is not good. $500,000 was donated from his own money.

If DeMint endorses Romney, is there any questeion what we need to do as conservatives?

If true, even our “conservative” friends in Washington are on the wrong side.

Also, a call should be made to Sean Penn who obviously doesn't watch national news.

He says the Tea Party is the ‘get the n^%$#@ out of the WH party’. Hmmm.... HE'S out of the loop. WHAT a jerk!!!

“They must have come to a full stop, I guess, and brakes were no longer required.”

Probably needed a full brake job and everything done. Rotors replaced, new brake pads, etc...

Couldn't get stopped in time to post breaking news..

If the Presidential race was about MONEY Ron Paul would have been the nominee 6 times over and ‘Bammy’ would be unbeatable.

Herman Cain who truly was until recently a virtual unknown had faith enough in himself to decide to run for President of the United States on his own. There was no Media hype/pressure/build-up about a possible run, there was no urging by members of the Party, no words spoken into his ear by party players, elites, beltway boys or pundits, not even a word of encouragement from the Republican Party of his home state only faith in himself. Now after months of being treated as being a inconsequential candidate the curious sideshow of a conservative black Republican, he is now in the top tier along with people of great party pull, of men with experienced political machines and the dollars to power them. He did that on his own with no help from anyone except by his own. Now think what a man with faith in himself like that could accomplish if given the chance.

Now many are saying Cain hasn’t a chance with his little formal organization and even less money.

Well let me remind all of you of what a recent movement did with no formal organization and even less money, The Tea Party.

The Tea Party manage with both those weakness to go on and seriously change the political landscape and in doing so caused the Leftist members of government, elitist of both political parties and media types to quake in fear of them and their wrath and all done with only a minimum of formal organization and on a ‘shoe string’ budget.

That’s what successful AMERICANS do, what they have always done! It’s what makes us WINNERS! They start out with what they have and they MAKE IT WORK! They make it work because what they don’t have in manpower or money they make-up with brains, sweat, blood and last but most important faith.
