No, but a feminized military railroaded him on the word of a nutbar, convicted him of rape, and gave him a sentence that is completely out of proportion to adultery. And did all that because it has been feminized, and for no other reason.
If you want to enforce the UCMJ prohibition of adultery, then convict him of that, and give him a sentence proportionate to that.
The punishment is supposed to fit the crime. You seem to be saying that because he was an adulterer, he deserves to be convicted of rape and given a proportionately harsher sentence.
