It is apparent that so many are fixated upon the 9-9-9 plan and not the complete message of Cain. We all, as well as Cain, are well aware that spending must be reduced significantly. The fact that spending must be reduced is axiomatic. Cain has laid out spending cuts as well as needed regulatory eliminations, beginning with the EPA and Dept. of Education. If you weren't prepossessed with the 9-9-9 plan maybe the totality of Cain's message would reach your ears.
Did you miss the point where the 999 plan REPLACES the current income tax?
That means you don;t pay the 15% FICA OR federal taxes.
