It is simple. Lower the tax rate and increase the amount of tax payers by creating jobs! The energy sector, PERRY's FORTE, is ONE HECK of a way of doing that as it is down to nothing right now thanks to ZERO. This gimmicky 999 thing with a NEW national tax is not going to cut it. It includes empowerment zones and such which he does not do well at talking about either.
