Pedophiles have the right to rot in prison, if they’re lucky, and nothing else. I have absolutely no tolerance whatsoever for child molesters, will take no pity on them, and hope that they get what they have coming to them.
Every age attempts to put an addendum onto the bible to nominate some sin in addition to the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit as the unforgivable sin.
Our culture of pornography, and it being tricked into our homes and families, drawing people in through curiosity and stealth, has changed many a person who would otherwise never turn evil. Child, with their parents unaware, are being taken in by all kinds of horrible life changing pornography, even at very young ages.
I know of people that became addicted to pornography because of first being drawn into it because it kept coming up on their computers.
For those who think that pornography doesn't lead to all kinds of perversion, forget it. Garbage in, garbage out. Some are more susceptible than others.
That being said, there is a difference between those who are caught up in something they hate and fight against it and those who embrace it and push it on others. Many who do wicked are compelled to spread their wickedness to others. Some were victims as children and get caught into its spiral downward.
Jesus Christ paid for every sin. There are few sins more awful and deplorable than child molestation and/or rape. The law of the land must punish sin and there must be justice but at the same time all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Those who think that they could never fall beware because you also can fall, even into the pits of degradation. Self righteousness can be a trap and ultimately can lead to sin.
Pornography is a filthy disease in this country. If we want to minimize all of the filthy sins associated with it we all need to clean up our lives and start to champion the idea that pornography is deplorable and must not be tolerated or else we can expect many innocent people to be damaged and even kill horribly. The problem of child molestation and rape needs to be addressed at it's root which more often than not is pornography.
