Cain wants to secure the border (with many different methods in order to accommodate the assorted terrains), get out of the state’s way when they pass laws that inhibit illegal immigration and simplify and expand the programs that allow LEGAL immigration

So what is the difference between Cain's position and Perry's?

Here is a snapshot of the candidate’s immigration policies.

As far as I can tell ‘unhelpful’ means that they haven’t stated or demonstrated a position.

Perry defends in-state tuition for illegals

There are differences.

Now dig deep! I lost a full week of my life researching Cain before I decided to support him. It took me less than 5 minutes to answer your question for you.

And I AVOIDED all of the articles that were doing nothing more than slamming the ‘heartless’ comment or bashing in-state tuition.

You can filter through all of this stuff as well as i can and find the truth.
