You’re building straw men, here, and base your response on the comments of one “chick.”
I don’t identify at all with the picture you’ve drawn, and neither does Governor Rick Perry, with his history of innovative border security measures since 2001.
I’ve never been an open borders advocate. I have pointed out that the Texas border has a “moat” already - the Rio Grande. I have advocated the same thing Rick Perry has advocated repeatedly. Using Texas Rangers, DPS, local Sheriffs and Law Enforcement, and a strategically place fence. This is a much better solution that has worked where it’s been used.
Rather than an arbitrary fence, design a “no man’s land” of a road with clear line of sight along the river and facilitate frequent but irregular patrols, with agents spaced closely enough to respond - whether by auto, plane or helicopter to sensors or observers, and definitely all the force that is necessary, especially in light of the military incursions mentioned last night/this morning.
“pussyfication?” Perhaps you mean the castration of America, or the impotence? A lack of strength and backbone, perhaps?
Sarah Palin and her supporters have commented frequently about the source of weakness in American leadership. It doesn’t come from conservative women or the men who are willing to “man up.”
To respond to your crude comment in as delicate a manner as I can, let me say that as a happily married woman, married for 37 1/2 years to a great man, I’ve never understood why men use our private parts to describe their own failures. The organ you are so afraid of comes in handy. Over and over.
