I don’t know how I got on your ping list, but this is the first time you pinged me. Years ago we had a neighbor who got pregnant at 42. She had a beautiful daughter at age 43.
I told another friend about it, and she said “If I found out I was pregnant at 42, I’d shoot myself”. My wife thought one was enough, so that is all we had.
I’m 45, and my 10th child is due in January. It’s no big deal.
