A little corrupt city like Chicago can't run a whole state. I live in Illinois. Yes they can, and yes they do. Nearly 2/3rds of this state's voters live in Chicago or the nearby suburbs.
Whatever Chicago votes for, the rest of us poor suckers in this state are stuck with. I see the bullsh*t first hand here, every day.
