I’m not saying they don’t. I’m saying they can’t. All the roads and other services of a whole state - they can’t do it. They are so focused on that one democraphole. They control the entire state due to Chicago literally sucking up all this state's resources (read that: TAX DOLLARS.)
You truly have to live in Illinois to see what happens first hand in order to understand it.
