Presumably this was a Manhattan different from yours.
I would assert the cashier was being.....thorough.
Don’t know. All I know is he gave those out of control girl the Lemay Treatment. The cigar-chomping General Lemay said this.
“I’ll tell you what war is about. You’ve got to kill people and when you have killed enough they stop fighting.”
The guy beat these girls enough that they stopped fighting. Overwhelming and disproportionate force against some one (or several people) who is trying to beat you or kill you is always the best course of action.
Think those thugs with vaginas will ever try that again? More than likely not.
I see millions of dollars, no make that 10s of millions of dollars going to these two idiots.
ditto.
Typical Lame Media editorializing. Reminds me of Rodney King.
Show the disturbing result of a thug's action, and minimize the provocation.
Not buying it.
Wait a minute, it is clearly muslin!
APPEAR to provoke him? I don’t think they crossed the counter to help wash the dishes.
He's a guy. That's bad.
General Lemay’s quote is all well and good, but that doesn’t cut any ice in a court of law, especially if you’re a convicted murderer.
Had they failed to stop fighting while they were on the floor? If the answer is yes, how do you know?
If you let someone out of prison for serving their time, why bring that up over a new incident? Not sure you should have let him out? Is this incident related? You have it on tape and you still doubt the guy? He can’t carry concealed in N.Y.C.
Not to mention those named after apples of possible Irish descent!
“It stops being self-defense when the attacker is laying on the ground bleeding, and you take another swing anyway. Hes not innocent, and you shouldnt soil the term self-defense by applying it to the last four swings he took.”

From the other thread:
The 2 female customers tried to pay for fast food at 12:30 am with a $50 bill. They became upset when the cashier tried to test the $50 to see if it was counterfeit. One woman struck the cashier in the face and the cashier then reached out to push her away from the counter. The cashier then retreated at which point one woman jumped the counter chasing after him. The other woman tried to cut off the cashiers escape route by running to the other end of the counter and jumping over it.
At this point the cashier grabbed a steel rod to defend himself against the 2 assailants. He struck both and immediately stopped swinging once both went down to the ground. Witnesses state that the cashier ordered both assailants to remain on the ground but they did not listen. As each began to get back up the cashier struck them again as his fellow employees tried to stop him.

This report seems very credible to me. And as such - each and every swing was in self-defense and was entirely justified.
It doesn’t matter if he is a convicted murderer. He was the intended victim and he had every right to refuse to be a victim and defend himself in an effective and overwhelming manner.
According to the story they kept trying to get up when he told them to stay down. The goal is to beat your opponent into submission in order to win and he did this. Unfortunately it took this much force into order to achieve that. This tells you just how out of control these thugettes were.
Would you rather him be the victim?
These two drunken witches might think twice the next time they want to start slapping another minimum wage worker around.
“Yet more antics by those named after synthetic fibers.”
LOL! I’m grateful I didn’t spit my cheap beer all over my cheap computer.
bang!
hahahaha
If that's the case, then hopefully he has a good defense attorney.
