You are correct, did it occur to anyone that we paid for the crackberry and it’s not his. I own a company Blackberry and they can have me turn it in at any time. The phone is not his personal property it belongs to the company that hired him; that’s us...hand it over BO!

What telecom is his ISP? I thought they could be forced to turn over all logs and had to retain them for years. Isn’t this a matter of national security?
