Well if this is the case, Obama wins the plurality. It will be 1992 all over again with Paul taking the place of Perot.

That could happen. However, Obama is much more unpopular now, than Clinton was in 1996. I think a lot of folks, even conservatives, would hold their nose and vote for Mitt or Perry (I could easily see Paul running as a third party against Perry).
