Using Bush policy statements 3 weeks before the Iraq war, less than 18 months after 9/11,, to explain how “some” would justify some Obama Tears of the Sun remake with real American kids.

Obama would no doubt use Bush’s statements to justify this.
Maybe Bush should have been more specific and put more limitations. Maybe an oversight on his part. I don’t know.
Obama can change these objectives of course.
