The Federal Register is now over 20,000 pages long. It's virtually impossible to live a single day in America without breaking at least one law.
That is just federal laws. What is it when people have power, they so quickly abuse it? From your local home owners association to the city council to county officials to state politicians to feds, what is it about power that makes people lose their common sense and their purpose to serve?
That's why I loved my time in the military (1975-1986), no politics at least at the enlisted level, just get the job done...no excuses.
